1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are available if a GPS map update or software service was not successfully delivered.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once a map update or software installation is completed successfully, it is non-refundable.

2. Product Refunds

  • GPS devices and accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads or activation keys once used.

  • Lifetime updates after they have been activated.
  • Services already completed or delivered successfully.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Customers in California and the EU retain statutory refund and cancellation rights under CCPA and GDPR.
